Extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification, it is be produced entirely by mechanical means, without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil.

This oil is a high quality Extra virgin produced by cold-pressing the finest Leccino and Peranzana olives from Liguria, in the Northern Italy.
